Every athlete has different goals, strengths, limitations, resources and availability. Hold Fast Coaching provides customized training to maximize performance while considering all outside factors. Each month a personalized training calendar is created to fit around your schedule, taking into consideration – family, work, and available time to train. At Hold Fast Coaching, there are two options for a monthly training plans. The Level 2 Plan is for the athlete looking for maximum guidance and flexibility with their training. The Level 1 Plan is an economical solution for those looking to improve their fitness but still require a custom plan.


LEVEL 2 PLAN – $200 / MONTH

NO START UP FEE

POWER AND/OR HEART RATE DATA REVIEW AND FEEDBACK- AS NEEDED (MINIMUM – WEEKLY)

COMMUNICATION (ATHLETE INITIATED) – UNLIMITED EMAIL, PHONE, AND TEXT

COMMUNICATION (COACH INITIATED) – AS NEEDED (MINIMUM – WEEKLY)

SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS – UNLIMITED

STRENGTH TRAINING PLAN – INCLUDED

NUTRITIONAL REVIEW AND GUIDANCE
