Every athlete has different goals, strengths, limitations, resources and availability. Hold Fast Coaching provides customized training to maximize performance while considering all outside factors. Each month a personalized training calendar is created to fit around your schedule, taking into consideration – family, work, and available time to train. At Hold Fast Coaching, there are two options for a monthly training plans: Monthly Coaching and Monthly Training Plans. The Monthly Coaching Plan is for the athlete looking for maximum guidance and flexibility with their training. The Monthly Training Plan is an economical solution for those looking to improve their fitness.

POWER AND/OR HEART RATE DATA REVIEW AND FEEDBACK- AS NEEDED (MINIMUM – WEEKLY)

COMMUNICATION (ATHLETE INITIATED) – UNLIMITED EMAIL, PHONE, AND TEXT

COMMUNICATION (COACH INITIATED) – AS NEEDED (MINIMUM – WEEKLY)
